  • Palak 100 gm


  • Onion 1


  • Green chilly 4


  • Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp


  • Ground nuts roasted 50 gm


  • Chilly powder 1/2tbsp


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp


  • Nsmak 1tbsp


  • Jeera powder 1/2 tbsp


  • Dhaniya powder 1 tbsp


  • Chat masala 1tbsp


  • Sugar 1tbsp


  • Hara dhaniya 50 gm


  • Bread slice 4

Directions

  • Boil the potato
  • Clean the palak n deep fry it
  • Cut th onion n green chilly
  • Heat the pan add oil
  • Add jeera let it crackel
  • Add chilly n onion soute it
  • Add ginger garlic paste soute it
  • Add chilly powder haldi powder jeera powder dhaniya powder namak
  • Now add boli smash potato n half fried palak to it mix well cook fir 2 minutes
  • Add ground nuts chat masala lemon juice sugar n hara dhaniya
  • Take bread slice cut the sides roll it
  • Add mixer stick the side with water n deep fry it
  • Serve it with fried palak n mint chatani
